Historic Step for Regional Cooperation in Health
Organized under the patronage of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Türkiye, the Balkan Health Business Forum will be held in Edirne on 26-27 April 2025.
Organized by USHAŞ (International Health Services Inc.), the Balkan Health Business Forum aims to pave the way for joint work that will lead to innovative developments in the field of health and to strengthen regional cooperation.
Topics to be discussed at the Balkan Health Business Forum are as follows:
-Promotion Policies
-Health Investments
-Strategic Collaborations between Türkiye and the Balkan States
-Productive Health, Local and National Technology, Century of Türkiye Vision in Health
-Health Service Standards and Public-Private Health Service Provision in Türkiye
-Health Investments and Development of Health Tourism in the Thrace Region
-Human Resources, Information Systems and Innovation in Health Tourism
The Balkan Health Business Forum will host Health Ministers and senior officials from Türkiye, Hungary and 11 Balkan countries. Balkan countries including Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia and Greece will attend the Forum and Hungary will also be invited.
The Forum, which will bring together 13 countries, also aims to create a common health vision for the Balkan countries and to pioneer the development of health services in the region.
