The Ministry of Health takes the necessary actions and carries out activities to improve access to healthcare for the disabled citizens. For this purpose, the Ministry published the Circular on Healthcare for the Disabled numbered 2010/79 and communicated it to the governorships of all 81 provinces for enforcement.
The Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Family and Social Policies published a "Guide for Accessibility for the Disabled" in order to facilitate enforcement of the circular.
