Born in 1978 in the Beyşehir District of Konya, Hüseyin Kürşat Kırbıyık completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Seydişehir. He graduated from Ankara University, Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Public Administration in 1999.
Professional Career
He served as Deputy Governor in Güneysu district of Rize and Kazımkarabekir district of Karaman. After 6 months of foreign language education in London, Kırbıyık was appointed as Civil Inspector in 2013 after respectively serving as District Governor in Altınyayla, Burdur and Nurhak, Kahramanmaraş, Deputy Governor of Kahramanmaraş and District Governor of Gölhisar, Burdur.
After serving as the Head of Strategy Development between 2018-2020 and the General Manager of the Provincial Administration between 2020-2022, he was appointed as the Governor of Edirne with the Presidential Decision No. 2022/209.
Hüseyin Kürşat KIRBIYIK was appointed as the Deputy Minister of Health by the Presidential Decision dated 22 June 2023 and numbered 2023/308. He is married with two children.
